Code of Conduct
Purpose and Scope
This Code of Conduct establishes the ethical standards, professional expectations, and responsibilities for everyone who works with or represents our organization. It applies to all employees, directors, officers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, vendors, and business partners.
We conduct our business in full compliance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and every jurisdiction in which we operate. Where our internal standards exceed local legal requirements, we follow the standards outlined in this Code.
Our Core Principles
- Integrity: We conduct business honestly, transparently, and ethically. Bribery, corruption, fraud, and dishonest practices are strictly prohibited.
- Respect for Culture: We respect the culture, heritage, customs, and values of the UAE and every community in which we operate.
- Health and Safety: We are committed to providing a safe, secure, and healthy workplace and never compromise safety for commercial or personal gain.
- Accountability: We accept responsibility for our decisions and actions, ensuring that all communications and public statements are truthful, accurate, and made in good faith.

Respect and Professional Behaviour
Everyone deserves to work in an environment built on dignity, fairness, and mutual respect.
- Harassment, bullying, intimidation, violence, or abusive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Employees are expected to maintain professional behaviour and attire appropriate to the workplace and respectful of UAE cultural values.
- We respect employees’ privacy and personal lives unless personal conduct creates a conflict of interest, affects work performance, or damages the company’s reputation.
Human Rights and Labour Standards
We are committed to fair, ethical, and lawful employment practices.
- Child labour, forced labour, and any form of exploitation are strictly prohibited.
- The company does not retain employee passports or personal identification documents. Employees remain in possession of their own documents at all times.
- No recruitment fees or employment-related charges will be requested from job applicants.
Digital Responsibility and Privacy
Employees must use digital resources responsibly and protect confidential information.
- Protect company, customer, supplier, and employee information in accordance with UAE data protection laws.
- Do not publish false, defamatory, misleading, or inappropriate content about the company, employees, customers, or partners on social media.
- Unauthorized photography, audio recording, or video recording on company premises is prohibited unless officially approved.
Conflicts of Interest
Employees are expected to act solely in the best interests of the company.
- Conflict of Interest: Any personal, financial, or family relationship that could influence business decisions must be disclosed immediately.
- Outside Employment: Employees must obtain written approval before accepting secondary employment, freelance work, consultancy, or operating a private business where required under company policy and applicable UAE regulations.
Alcohol and Substance Policy
To maintain a safe and professional workplace:
- The possession, use, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs or unauthorized controlled substances during work or on company premises is strictly prohibited.
- Alcohol consumption is prohibited during working hours and on company premises unless specifically authorized for approved corporate events that fully comply with UAE law.
Business Ethics
Quality Commitment
- Deliver products and services that meet applicable quality standards and comply with UAE consumer protection requirements.
Fair Competition
- Compete fairly and ethically based on the quality, value, and performance of our products and services.
- Do not engage in anti-competitive practices, misleading advertising, or false statements about competitors.
Gifts and Hospitality
- Business gifts and hospitality must be reasonable, transparent, and appropriate.
- They must never influence business decisions or create actual or perceived conflicts of interest.
Supplier Relationships
- Select suppliers and business partners fairly, objectively, and transparently.
- Work only with organizations that demonstrate ethical, legal, environmental, and professional standards similar to our own.
Community and Environmental Responsibility
- Environmental Sustainability: We actively seek opportunities to reduce waste, conserve natural resources, improve energy efficiency, and minimize environmental impact.
- Corporate Citizenship: We strive to contribute positively to the communities in which we operate by supporting responsible business practices and sustainable economic development.
Reporting Concerns
Employees, customers, suppliers, and business partners are encouraged to report any suspected violation of this Code, company policy, or applicable law.
Concerns may be reported through:
- Your immediate Line Manager.
- The Human Resources Department.
- The Compliance or Ethics Officer, where applicable.
Non-Retaliation Commitment
We strictly prohibit retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine concern or reports misconduct in good faith. Employees who engage in retaliation, intimidation, or harassment against whistleblowers will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include termination of employment.
Policy Review
This Code of Conduct is reviewed periodically to ensure continued compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and international best practices. Every employee, contractor, supplier, and business partner is expected to understand, comply with, and uphold the principles outlined in this Code at all times.
